Asset Maintenance Coordinator

Maintaining building and property assets is the core function of our SiteCare business. We offer full reactive building maintenance, large project upgrades and installations, as well as programmed services covering - grounds, industrial cleaning, and liquid waste management.

We currently have a role available that would suit someone who is a highly competent coordinator, and excels in juggling multiple priorities and thrives in a fast paced team environment.

Based in our Taupo office, this role sits in our Asset Maintenance team and primarily responsible for account management, technical and financial management and service delivery management.

In addition you will be tasked with analysing and forecasting forward workloads as well as liaising with our clients.

While experience in a similar role or equivalent would be advantageous it is not essential, although remaining calm under pressure is a must!

  • Experience in having sole responsibility for overseeing or coordinating relevant maintenance or trade activities
  • Experience in establishing technical trade solutions based on sound methodology and product knowledge.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience in job costing / quantifying
  • Have excellent customer service ethic

Christchurch - We are looking for an energetic, fit and healthy individual to join our team. You will play an integral role in the successful delivery of facilities maintenance services to our customers. Extensive training and support will be provided.

We are looking for an energetic, fit and healthy individual to join our team. You will play an integral role in the successful delivery of facilities maintenance services to our customers. Extensive training and support will be provided.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Water blasting
  • Washing buildings, overhead canopies and forecourts
  • Steam Cleaning
  • Gardening, mowing, weeding and other general maintenance activities as required

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • A stable career history
  • Experience of some kind of physical work
  • Experience of interacting with client / customers
  • Full Class 1 Drivers Licence

Preferred but not essential requirements:

  • Experience in waterblasting/cleaning industry or trades background
  • Class 2 license
  • Experience of mentoring/leading others - could be just one person.
